Level means NOTHING. Some people do their homework before starting a new charachter and even then most will level it to 35 which is enough to know all there's needed to know for this game.

First of all im over lvl 48... second of all you are talking me about farming. haha.. that’s interesting.. i had from 4to5 lvls difference since lvl 25... so you can imagine I have farmed more than 35k sp... i got electric bow and cold with all the skills that help me maxed at lvl 45.. and im a hybrid heavily int archer... and too bad you weren’t in Xian because I could teach you a couple of things about the hybrids builds that are "non popular". There is only one reason why the hybrids are not popular.. its because when you find a build that can own all the other builds you wont go shouting it up… you reserve the information on how to own the popular builds for your guild and alliance partners...

Gah this is such a touchy topic kinda like the "which element is best?" posts lol, no build is better then the other. Seriously, if two people make two different builds as perfect as they're going to get it would all come down to luck. But since it's not a perfect world there's going to be variablity between them. So some people are going to think their character is better then others obviously, but it all just comes down to is the other persons character as well constructed as yours? It's all about whatever you like or whatever makes the game fun. And if you do have some fetish about making your character better then everybody elses then you should try and play Runescape lol..but you're going to end up getting PKed by somebody eventually it happens to everybody

The game is balanced anything can beat anything so there is no best build like many have said.

Everything about the game isn't about 1 vs 1 situations.. Most of the time you find yourself in a 1 vs 1 situation is when you are outside town using your cape. Gee wiz, you guys are pro now.. killing other cape users who probably aren't around your level. Therefore "owning" them makes your "build" so much better.

Last time I checked, all who claim a pure str is the best build were newbies copying it off some max character claiming it was the best. In my opinion (and I'm right btw..) pure strs are the worst in group situations i.e wars, 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3 etc.. (assuming there is nobody on that team but pure strs) I've said this before, any other build in a group battle can beat pure strs (int heavy hybrids, pure ints, etc.. for they can syncronize their attacks killing them 1 by 1.) but that's besides the fact. Not everyone loves to PvP and a pure str build is aimed for that in it's majority.

You hardly find yourself in a 1 vs 1 situation in this game. Why make a build aimed for just that? If I wanted to play 1 vs 1, I'd play playstation.

( but only at high levels..? ) i have to question this.

cold is good, i admit it, only in pvp though, and only the frostbitten, but any fire user can beat a lightening user, cold, whatever.. visa versa.
