i just watch my tv ill im really really really tired and when im 100% sure
i'll fall asleep in 1 minute i click that sweet little red button on my remote control :wink:

Sex, have my gf or nightpartner to rub my back/scratch my head, smoke or nightcap. Easy as that, fall asleep everytime.

Eventhought it could be because I hardly go to sleep before 3AM.
