Should make some kinda scout bird thing, has it's own mini radar or something so you can send it a certain distance and view thief / hunter / enemy positions.

I think instead of new pets, they should improve the pets we already have.
Wolf:
- wolves should make noise when they attack
- wolves should have more than just the "bite,stand,bite,stand..." attack
- when you /charm your wolf, he should actually HOWL, not just throw his head to the sky.
trade horses:
- eliminate the 1-use summon scrolls for horses. Just use a trade horse. If you're not doing a trade run, the horse will just not have the trade containers on it and will be in "run" mode.
- if you're doing a trade run, equipment goes on it, and it goes in "walk" mode.
- either way, you should be able to summon and unsummon it (as long as it has an empty inventory!)
- probably don't need to include fire ox in this. Keep it as a trade/thief only pet. (maybe camels too)
- perhaps have an attack mode for the trade animals
- fire ox can ram others with its horns
- trade horses can rear up and kick
item mall pets (monkey/squirrel/bunny)
- we should be able to KILL these if they take our drops, and their inventory spill to the ground. maybe just give them TONS of HP (like killing a unique, but they don't fight back. Owner can fight you back.)
Come to think of it, it'd be cool if we could capture any mob (mangyang or niya mage or anything in between) and train it
With the mob training, make it so the mob *could* turn on you if you don't train it right. I don't know.

I think there should be hyenas (or however its spelt) as just random mobs around the map. Since they would be in real life (at that time - not sure?).

I have no idea what they are talking about with Pokemon, but what you described is basically the system in Warcraft. And I agree, it would be nice to have such a system. Too bad it'll never happen.

the thing is, if you go to your "action" menu, there is a section for "summoned monster" and "created monster" controls. Those controls are empty, but they're there. I've always wondered what they are for. Maybe a future addition to the game?

There's a lot of things like that in SRO. Unfortunately I'm sick of waiting for them to fix even the most minor of things in iSRO, much less give us anything new. They'd rather spend their time on the whole "mass-ban botters and open new servers for them to bot on".

Well Islam seems to centered around summoned genies and such so I've pretty much been of the belief that they will be the ones to use such controls...
But then again when you summon your wolf/transport/looter/etc you have controls for it readily available near the hotkeys so maybe its an artifact that was never addressed
