Problem, help needed. (still need help, please look)

I got the zip error, so i runned client with the admin status thing. Now i installed, and now he gives this error :|
When i click "ok" he sais error code 7 :|

Try un-installing fully then go into your program files and make sure to delete the "Silkroad" folder aswell. Then go to the mainsite and use a different mirror.

It says failed to replace, so you still have the file.

I actually installed sro in program files, but i got another folder in my documents with the whole install thing in it. I cant delete 5programs... I deleted the program files folder, and there i cant delete 5 files to..
