Pot Delay Changed?

Did anyone in ksro notice that the pot delay is changed from 30 to 15 secs.

Sweet! thats great, I do not plan on being a thief anymore, but this will make it so hunters will actually be needed everytime when the job update comes.

Not exactly, 1 star trades are still protected if you're lv20-40.
