monster scrolls

i forgot about this, but do monster scrolls have a min. lvl requirement?

if not, is it possible for lvl1 charc to summon strong mangyangs?

im not sure about the minimum level to use it, but i do
think there is a minimum level of monsters spawning?

somebody tell us plz

Yes, minimum level of player is either 5 or 10. 5 I think.

We just bought 24 to help lvl up our new guild after we had to leave our other.

lvl 5 on monster scrolls. lvl 10 on pandoras box
