does anyone know any free or trials for:

a GIF image creator

and a

mp4 converter that converts longer then 5 minutes?

movai video converter can convert mp4 but it cuts a little bit off the end of the video for me (it has a psp uploader if thats what you want it for)

and you dont need a GIF image creator simply paste th image to paint, click save as, and at the bottom it shows what format it is, you can change it

i got movai from downloads.com

oh, well movai should do it because the normal vudeo onverter converts, it just has an extra uploader for psp
