Blue Str or Int Vs Level Str or Int

I just wondering, is the Str or Int in blue of the equipment=Str or Int u gain per lv, i mean does 1 blue Str or Int equal 1 Str or Int u gain per level.....(damage increase and defend increase is waht i m comparing)

I would say yes. It wouldnt really make sense to have it any other way.

That's right.
For example, if you are pure INT and have a total of 12 extra INT in blues, your INT will be the same as a pure INT 4 levels higher (naked)
