risk of getting xp

do you think it is a good idea to kill mobs that are higher lvl than you to get the xp? even when you use a lot of pots and risk a chance of dying?

Well it depends if you have a quest for them what your build is what your gear is and how much money you have

u should kill greens. you kill them faster = more exp, plus u get better drop rates.

Depends on the kill rate. If you can kill them pretty fast then yeah its worth it, otherwise you might be better off grinding white/green mobs.

im pure str bow and i grind on orange until i get a drop i can use on the next lvl and then go to the highest white mob and grind the remaining exp.

i tried it, but i just hated it as i used a crappy wpn so i need to do like 5 combos to kill 1 mob, thats just gay to me

i would agree with LordJJ, if you kill more, you will be more like to get good drops

I would kill the mobs that you can the fastest, technically the mobs that are white, but green in 1 more lvl, you should be able to take on very easy and the XP will be better then a green or blue. Unless you have a sealed wep, then take on whatever is a 2 or 3 hit.
