A godlike build for cap 90 & solution for limit mastery

This is a build that money involved and only rich ppl can make it. The build would be :
Heauksal 88 (only passive and ghost spear needed)
Bicheon 90 (your main weapon)
Ice 90
Light 32
Pure int

Why do i need money?
Because
- with money, u can resolve the problem of speed provided by Lightning. Drug of typhoon sold by npc would give u +100% increase speed.
- each year, there will be an event that u can gain trigger scroll to increase your dodge and rating.
- with silk, u can buy scrolls that increase 20% mag and phy damage
=> most skills from Light can be resolved through items. Except ghost walk, that's why u need 32 Light.
- with silk, u can also buy 20% damage resistance scroll.

Why Ice?
U choose not to freeze ppl but because Ice would give u about 200+ phy defense and damage reduction skill (that goes to MP).
Pure int vs Pure int : 1 nuke + ghost spear = die so 200+ mag defense from fire wont change the situation.
Because for a weapon : mag power = 1.4-1.8x phy power
so 200 phy def worth more than 200 phy def

Gear
Garment (because u have ice); otherwise Fire + armor
=> give same defense but garment seems better to me
Have a gear +72str/+72int (u can have 6str/6int max for 9th deg equips)
+1200 HP from Stamina stone
At lvl 90, pure int has 6350 HP naked
With a perfect gear , u'll have 14000+ HP (2-3kHP is from heuksal passive)

Even if u are pure int, damage resistance scroll + damage reduction skill +
shield techniques make u invincible.

Silk owns. Atm, u can be strong with +20% damage and +20% resistance scroll + trigger scroll + 500MP scroll + drug of typhoon

why do you even bother getting bicheon for pure int @90 cap :/ wannado blade dmg, huh? Unless you buy ur self a full sun set then it might work abit better till you fight ice archer.

As far as I understand you are speaking of 90cap with new skills. Means NOBODY is immuun and if you didnt know there is a delay of recovery what depends on the amount of status.
Do you think you can use weapon skills freely? no I didnt think so.
BTW using zodiac as an example is a bad idea(no further comments) and did you notice how "good" those glaivers were

60-70-80 or 90 cap is no where near 90cap with new skills when it comes to comparing build types.

light bicheon and heuskal at 90 could work. But thats about the extent of it. Even with the light dual-wield build, you lack the fire shield, mag defense, and extra atk power of fire.

I would go bicheon-fire-light.

But btw what is this "dmg converter buff" you talk about in the ice mastery?
Reason to get bicheon is:
a) knockdown foes when you are about to die (serves as defense)
b) to be able to help bladers and other bicheon nukers when they have a KD'd target my stabbing.
You can also save others with bicheon KD, making it incredibly useful in job wars.
You want light and fire definitely.
bicheon-light-fire is what I like personally

with both the scrolls even if i've never farmed at lvl 90 with a str heuksal and no other mastery, i could own even people who full farmed str fire glaive without the scrolls

No, i dont know and i never see any guide that says that a shield technique from Fire reduces the delay of recovery. Are u saying that u can autopot faster with that skill? Or pots work more efficient?

Even with the light dual-wield build, you lack the fire shield, mag defense, and extra atk power of fire.

Why do u need mag def if u are pure int? Do u know what a pure int need?
Fire shield is not really important. With a low lvl fire shield 20% hour reduce, i can also be immune.

Anyway, i said that with $$$, u dont need to waste mastery on Lightning coz most special items can replace and are better than some Light skills
Bicheon 90 Fire 90 Ice 90 is also good, but tank weaker than those who has heuksal passive

ur build will suck, cuz:

1) ice is a weak mastery in the hands of pure int, you dont notice much if a pure str uses ice imbue, but you'll notice the difference when a pure int uses ice imbue instead of fire or light.

2) only lvl 32 light mastery means you dont have high mag.attk buff from light tree, & thus your dmg as a pure int will even be lower.

3) you get 10m of phantom walk w/ lvl 32 light....10m is nothing, u wont be able to run from anything.

4) even though you'll have good amount of hp & phy.def as a pure int...you still wont be able to tank as much as a pure str anyway

so in conclusion, you wont be able to kill any1 w/ ur weak ass ice tree, though maybe you'll survive longer 1v1 or when ur gangbanged

Duel wpn in 90 cap will not work...at all no matter how much you want it too it will not work. It works now in 80 cap really cuz we still have 8th degree weapons and x-large potions <--those two is the reason Int duel works..so you can drop you ice no big deal if your gear is pimped...but in 90 cap.. your talking abotu droping Fire Buff thats big no no no...and bye bye to the lil extra phy dmg u get alwells..and then your droping the highest dmg imbue for one that does less dmg...And then 9th degree weapons so x-large potions will not help you any more..and vs a pure int spear with no fire buff your get owned really fast unless "you become a blader" and spam knock downs..<--if you do that then whats the point of being duels o_0. The moral of the story is, it will not work, now 100 cap if they raise mastery lvl to 400 then duels will work and own too .

& forgot to add, those pure str in that video are pretty noob, or it's more that pure int's gear beat theirs, a prue str w/ pimp gear against a pure int w/ pimp gear ends up w/ pure str coming on top always...and go fight some1 else other than guildmates or it's a set up

RULES a balance
Garm+str=mag defense/phy defense based off his str alone
armor+int=vice versa phy defense and mag off his int alone
armor+str=be good against a str character but once he runs into a nuker he will be fried
garm+nuker=same thing good agaisnt int but he will die by a str

unless its sosun but why not just get sosun of the one that gives you even more balance

good build i was thinking of is a 2 tree hybrid spear nuker but a tad bit mroe str then the normal hybrid maybe you will have the high mag attack but yet the high hp and phy defense and u must be farmed and with 2 trees you be fine i think spear max it out like if you where a glavier

lvl 1-42 will be hell but after that i think it would payoff

you will save on potions as well since you will nuke less yet 1/2 hit with spear then spears come with higher critical so idk just guessing this would be a good build
