getting a new laptop but all new have Vista...

Today i may be getting a new laptop using it for homework/silkroad, but all the new ones have vista on them and i heard that is a problem for running silkroad. Has anyone gotten it to work? plz reply soon im going in about an hour lol

My cousin bought a laptop that is Vistas. He could download SRO fine.

They explained on the homepage that they were trying to fix the problem with Vista.

It runs fine, people should stop asking about this and just search. There's like 423763289472309847 threads about it (okay SLIGHT exaggeration, but still). Yes, SRO and Vista work fine. End of story.

Delete Vista and install XP
