Actually he doesn't mention that in his songs very often, and he definitley didn't ask them to shoot him.

G-Unit, as far as 50, Lloyd, Yayo, and Buck can all rap. Listen to their old stuff. They were hot before 50 got shot. A friend of mine is into G-Unit and has their old stuff, its fire.
Get Rich or Die Trying: one of the best rap albums, ever. After that, I think 50 Cent just got comfortable. He can rap - just listen to his old shit. But now he's just simple (The Massacre is still a good album, imo). As far as being a businessman, I give him 100% respect. As far as being a gangster, idk, i ain't from New York. But all you guys that are saying "50 is fake, he ain't no gangster" blah blah - you don't get shot at 9 times if you ain't in the streets. You don't get books written about you & Supreme running the crack game by not being in the streets. Of course he ain't selling drugs and shooting guns no more, what fuckin idiot would throw away that much power in the industry?
Yayo is just whack. Yes, WHACK. Ppl don't even say "whack" anymore, that's just how whack he is as a rapper. And lets not even talk about the Little Henchman incident.
Lloyd Banks...i don't know. I never listened to his stuff. But a lot of ppl say his first album was HOT. Although, personally, I haven't heard anything special from the guy.
Young Buck got a lot of ppl behind him with or without G-Unit, maybe he is the realest ***** on G-Unit, like ppl say. As far as lyrical skill, I haven't heard anything special, but I'll hold my real opinion until I hear his new album. The single is hot, though.
I don't know about Spider Loc, never heard him rap. But I do know he's still livin' the gangster life. They got video of his video shoot turning into a shoot-out.
Anybody else on G-Unit that I missed, oh well. I just wish they would have pushed Ma$e's album out there before it all fell apart.

Honestly I think all of those rappers suck...of course they can rap...but shit on the radio now is prettty bad....mims..etc..

Yea, mims is garbage.
But the remix of "This is why i'm hot" with Cham and Junior Reid is nice. 10x better than the original.
