WHy can't i kill him?

Hey, i know i should know the answer to this, but why the heck can't i PK a lvl 20? I was at chakis and this player wouldn't stop hitting me, but he was doing lik 1 damage 8 on a crit. so i let him get white agian, so i could murder him, but it kept saying i wasn't the required lvl to PK someone

You sure he was actually level 20? You can turn the yellow icon off in the options menu.

well he was attacking me cause i was nuking every chaki in sight, helping my trader that was lvl 20. so this guy gets pissed and tried to kd me a bunch. and i had a 0 gap and figured 1 murder wouldn't hurt. so i let him get white and i couldn't kill him. very confusing

I was making sure the guy was actually hitting him. Were you doing something out of the ordinary like jobbing or wearing a cape?

Ok, well i'll go try to use cold wave arrest on a 20 so i don't kill him if it lets me without hunter ID

Whats the diffrence between PvP and PK? They are the same arent they? Do you need to go to a specific area to PK?

I would say they are the same. It seems most people refer to murdering someone as pking. While cape fighting and job wars as PvP.

PK is PLAYER KILL it's illegal. press alt and attack to do it. but you lose alot of XP

Uhhh. I'm not new to games with PK, so I know what it is. It just that theres PvP and PK in SRO. I press ALT to attack people with capes too.

no u don't press alt to attack with capes, cause if your over 20 then you'll pk them and get murder.

i think its because the noob delvled from 20 to 19
and when that happens, the yellow noob thingy doesnt reappear next to the name
