2. OMGOSHH i'm so confused. =/ Plz help T.T

Danngg, this is one of the most helpful places ive ever seen. =]
Alright guys as you can guess, i'm 100% pure noob. =]
I just started like two weeks ago, and i started a new hybrid account.
Ive played on it for like.. two days now and i'm level 12.
Most of what i know about making a hybrid comes from my cousin which i think he knows this game 3x more than i do but he started around the same time I have.
Me and three other of my friends started to play and I was chosen to be the group's bowman/iceman/force hybrid noob.
So far i have:
42 str. and 56 int.
and
70% phy balance and 73% mag balance.
Is that any good?? and so far i have 258 sp
and the only skills i put em to his ice and pacheon
which are only level 5 and i know the first ice imblue and the pancheon shot thingy and the two shooting arrow.
is my character any good? because if it's bad ima start over before i waste more time.
yeah.. i'm probably gonna try to be a int hybrid also if that helps T.T
I seriously need some good advice so all help would be greatful ^^

Yey, its pretty good. But dont add more trees if i dont want to sp farm

you can go with ice force pacheon..........

but you will have on of the slowest builds possible
im afraid. if you will be an archer, and you want
to be able to heal/res teammates or friends, you
should take a 70/70 balance on str and int.

ice is helpful for you since the npc mobs wont be
able to come too close to you, but in pvp you will
have a hard time with this since most high levels
are immune to freeze effects.

however, if you choose fire over ice, or level up
fire high and ice just for defense, you will have a
build that will not own in pvp, but a build that will
do decent in both pvp and pve.

force builds are, in every mmorpg, known as a
support build that is hard to level up. but if you
have the patience and time to level slowly, and
dont mind spending some time farming skill points,
you might end up with a build that is very capable
of surviving and supporting others.

if you have questions, pm me on the forum. i do
not know everything, but i learned a lot on this
forum. it might save you from flames for asking
"stupid" questions in this forum, since some ppl
forget this forum is mostly aimed at newbies.

Only because lack of new equipment and skills.

When 90 cap is released, pure will be best again.
Although hybrid int has always been better than pure int, but pure int is ultimate damage dealer.

Be pure str bow. Otherwise pure str glaive. Otherwise pure str blade.
I named them in order of grinding-quickness.

Blade is best, glaive second, bow third.

Supposedly the best bet is glaive, because they fare well in pvp and in pve, bow does mildly in pvp and great in pve, blade OWNS in pvp, but levels slower than crap.

You sorta know what you're doing, but be pure str. Recreate character.

all know there is a lot of hybrid builds that work just as
good / even better than pure str/int chars.

Hybrids are harder to build but can also be good. I recommend pure if your just starting an account as it is the easiest to play and you can always go hybrid later.

Shut up. hybrid INT spears have proven to be very strong.

as for the topicstarter:
For your first character, go pure STR. You can try building a hybrid after you learn more about the game.
