UNIQUE question

hey any ideeas how do i get with a unique? i`m trying to find one for some time ... tiger girl in particular but it seams an imense space were she can spawn hmmm any pointers?
and is it worth it ? will she drop someting entresting? what are your drops?

she spawns randomly but if i go for her i always wait on the bottom left hand corner outside the den.

Why not inside the den ? is saw she can spawn there to in 4 locations

does anyone know the time interval when she spawns? or the amount of time betwin spawns

Nothing unusual. I got her at 45, but the only thing she dropped was gold and some return scrolls

EDIT:
If you are closer to her level, she might drop something good, but usually all you get are repair invalid items.

+ it's alsmost quaranteed to be like 50 ppl in there, so chances of getting her aint that good. I waited in den once and before i got to her she was dead, and she was in the den also.
