blocking ratio on weapons

blocking ratio on weapons

Some weapons have a blue modifier called "blocking ratio." What does that do?
Main char: Level 3X hybrid str bow
Alt char: Level 4X hybrid int s/s

I don't believe in pure builds, too cookie cutter.

Makes the mob or a sword/blade user not to block you. same with crits
