Just because it's +7 no astral doesn't mean it was +ed to 7. I have a 1+7 shield, but not worth showing off... yet.

My ex-guildleader in Venice has:
Lvl1 sosun +5 blade, shield, glaive, spear and bow.

He's missing the blade tho.
