Hybrid s/s Help!!

Hey guys what should be the max amount of str a hybrid s/s should have i'm hearing all these things like don't put more then 30 bla bla someone with hybrid build experience help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

Add 40 str.

That's what I am and I win all the time.

Get your gear to add 40+ int (To make up for the lost int) and get your gear to add as much str and hp as possible.
