5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.

you get a random IP whenever you connect to the internet? If so, you can just reconnect.

After browsing the official forum (and this one) I found out that several people have this problem. Maybe there's something wrong with the Silkroad Online registration page.

I read somewhere who had this problem that it is down to the isp who give the same ip adress to a lot of customers in the same area i think ntl was a example of this
