Sure, the damage is high, buts lets say you want to go job.
Two 3X's euro vrs 1 chinese 3X.
3X will win, almost all the time. Pots > team.
If you have then you must know. Bring a cleric with you and you will always win. For one they can render someone completely unmovable, they have a AoE magic attack that can disintegrate someone to little bitty pieces (976% ftw...), and and they have a AoE res so just in case more than 2 people die, and a AoE heal and phys+mag damage shield buff, that can make nukes do like 80damage, and phys attacks 1-13 damage.
Not only that but a wizard can just 2-shot a chinese or any other. they can 1-shot if zerked.
Warriors can cause a DoT thats painfull + increase their block ratio (for s/s) and damage(and a knockdown for longswordsmen, AoE axe spin attack for axemen,).
rogues can go invisible and stunlock you until your dead. And if your crossbow, invisible+power shot =dead (plus they can tame monsters too at lvl40)
So, you really don't know much about euro if you think 1 chinese can take on a full group...in fact you must be crazy if you think a full group of Chinese can take on a full group of euro. Face it, euro excel at group fights, but Chinese only are good for solo.

That simple.
Besides you have 8 slots
2 of those slots are for clerics
2 are for tanks
1 is for bard (buffs, refuels the clerics mp)
3 are for damage dealers (crossbow,longswordsmen,rogue,wizard,warlock)
That whole group should hardly ever die.
then u just go for the bard....
