there was a union trade run the other day ya missed out on too. Everybody was going 1star lol. Oh well, it was Hotan to DW though...lvl 80 bot thieves raining on ya parade is a tad annoying.

Anyhoo...weekend is coming up...trade/hunting season upon us??

Yeah, I decided to 1* last night as a diversion from grrrrrinding.....took a different route than last time and quess what, I got popped almost in the exact spot you, me and Peter had our little encounter. That is just too tight a spot and you can't avoid mobs much less white horse thief npc thieves....oh well as stall said later "maybe you should get popped more often".....WHY?

Because about 15-20 minutes later as I am back grrrrinding taoist, low and behold I get an SOS sword drop....WOOOOHOOOO!!!!! Seal of Star Level 32 Lord's Sword

Get popped get an SOS drop........ :shock:

.....if only it happened that way every time. I will get a screenshot of it and put it here.

Oh well.

Was grinding before...70+ hunter runs up to me and says "go away"....

Ok, I dash off to the side and not 5 sec later the whole area fills up with high lvl thieves with their motherloads (even oxen). *phew* glad I took the hunters advice ^^, go a screenie of it will post later

I saw another funny glitch today while thief hunting.

Horse+rider, horse dies and goes horizontal as does the rider....rider stays horizontal and starts moving around attacking stuff....all horizontal half in the ground, lol.

Ok...finally something interesting happened...so, a new episode of..."The Story of the Day"

This day we find our intrepid wannabe hero grinding...wow...what a surprise. Anyway, the bots are about, as usual, but this one...was ksing everything, and of course...right pissed our hero off.

Enter ksing bot:

The bot is a few lvls higher so...hmm, what to do? Zerk and murder him? Well, of course the nice union people try to placate the annoyed one, saying murder status isn't worth it. True...but it would make the hero happier seeing the bot dead on the ground.

So...the bot is taking on the giant, so...our hero decides to 'help' the giant out a bit, hoping his attack will lower the bots hp enough so that the giant can deal the death blow. Unfortunately for our hero...he doesn't quite realize his own strength and smacks the bot into the middle of next week...DOH!

And then the real fun began. I've never been so friggen paranoid, lol. Always looking at the mini map while trying to grind it off. Eventually some bot lovers rewarded our wannabe hero with a immediate trip back to DW. Fortunately, nothing was lost. Hero zerks out of DW to a secret grinding place and grinds off the rest of murder status...did get nailed once however, but that cleared the status so...

Yeah, not really worth it...but life is all about experiences ^^

Two very interesting stories......these are the things that make this game so addicting imo....never a dull day in China.

I forgot about going back to the Chi in tomb to explore now that Hyeongcheons are easy kills....maybe I will take a trip tonight.....were you grinding black robbers D_J?

I get so bored alone at scorpians/Hyeongs...maybe I will run out and poke a few with you....hmmmm they are 5-6 levels above me...might get a bit testy but they can't be any harder to kill than Hyeong giants....probably just hit a lot harder......but like I said that's what makes the game interesting and addicting. See you on the battlefield.

Another story.
Well, after getting that sos spear, I messed around in capes for the next hour or so. I did a bit of fighting at jang south gate, then went to dw gate. Afer a while, I went back to jang gate, and there was a big crowd there. Some guy was summoning monster scrolls while others were caping. So up come the niya hunters, everyone starts attacking, and a handful of lower levels get taken down in one hit. I see this guy's name turn purple, I'm like wtf?? Then his name turns red, and he tries making a run for it back in the gate. Unfortunately, he was only 60-63 and a high level spots him, and down he goes in one hit.
He drops his level 60 glove +3 5 int 5 str, and my monkey picks it up. I musta pmed the guy at least five times telling him I have his item, no answer. I even pmed Sybian (phulshof on here) who is in his union to tell him on union chat to reply to me. Still not getting an answer, I send out a global telling him it seems he doesn't want his item, and now it's too late.
I now have the item, and will let guild/union mates use it, since I can't.
Lorenzo from union will be the first to use it. I talked to him about it earlier.

lol.....stall you are a trip.......okay Cocoa is hot to do a trade run....Bloo is gung-ho about most anything and i volunteered to tag along from Jang to DW. Here is a screenshot as we near DW.....got a little hairy in that "oh so famous" bug/chakji area where the mountains close in on you....had a couple of looks from horse riders with names like "the 40 thieves" but all in all a pretty good run with some nice work by all......too bad bloo got popped by a high level npc at the first bridge outta jang....but he caught back up at tigers and we were good to go from then on.

Next trade is whenever people want ti to be.

I was waiting to get more high levels and our current low levels go grow up a little bit before actually starting to do planned trade runs.

But we can do a couple here an therewhenver people are in town.
