??? error , plzz help me

ok , i have a huge problem.
I get the ??? error EVERY 5 minutes. :banghead:

I cant grind my gt normally , because of this.
Can you guys plzz tell me why i get this error and how can i fix it ?

Update your driver.
Restart your computer.
Get a new/better graphics card.
Get a new PC.

There are alot of ways to stop the ???? comming up so often. But all of the above are some solutions.
