Good build?

Hey, I often want to make my character a hybrid blader , moreover I also gladly Fire-skills on level (with gap of 2 levels).

Is this is a good build, yes or no? Like to hear experienced players!

ByTheWay; am I correctly as I think that hybrid peoples spend stats points to str/int?

i think pr str would be best but you could try hybrid
