light lvl 68 or 63?

my lighting is currently lvl 54 with 3rd book of this buff maxed out and my attack is a LOT higher with it on but i noticed getting it up to the max lvl is only 2% more magic attack and it would cost several thousand sp to get it up there but i do like the look of the 3rd concentration buff so i will get to get 63 anyway

so what do you think lvl light to 68? or lvl it up to 63?

and if i use second book fire nuke and 3rd book fire nuke i think that is good enough for grinding i dont think i need the light nuke

I prefer(ed, when I was a nuker) the lightning nuke since it's AoE. I would definetly go for MAX on this on, but that depends on your build.
