Dual weapon light good or bad??

Im making a new build bow blader and light, do you think this build would be caple of keeping up with other builds, its pure str, when pvping i open up iwth anti devil then switch to blade i am currently lvl 21, i currently have a 16 sos bow and 16 sos s/s
