Can't login to Silk Road Online

I have tried this with 3 usernames and with my software firewall off, on, and allowing SRO. When I try to logon it says:

"user confirmation failed
please check your ID or password again"

I can login to the site so I know my info is right. What's the deal? Do I need to let my hardware firewall open the ports? What are the ports for the game?

your user name is probably invalid or your password.

tell us an example of what your user ID and pasword is.

ex if your ID would be jamesBond8/3

you write it StewardWinchester9/5 for us instead.

Don't give us your real ID and password.

all lowercase english letters in this kind of format:

johndoe
silkroad

hm

try add varius numbers or such behind your username, it's only for login and wont effect the character name.

Also, I do not know how the registration page works. But maybe it shows this ID, password is invalid even if your e-mail is?

man i know ur problem is cuz ur password is too long silkroad is havin a problem with long password i was havin that problem 2.... get a password like 6 or 7 character....
