so i scammed a scammer........am i BAD??
long story short: a know scammer had his name globaled by someone then he globals back to sell a 60+3 glavie crit 12 for 3MIL. so i talked to him to stall it for me to see and i said sure i'll buy it. for a split sec. he changed the glavie to another one which now had crit 2 and i was like..."WTF, hold on a min. this is only crit 2"
and he says sorry let me recheck
but instead he opens the stall without changing the price of 1 gold and i was like
ok guess i'll take this for one gold then took off running then logged off
So am i bad for doing this to a know scammer?

It is not scamming
You did not try to fool him into opening the stall with the item for sale for 1 coin.
Ergo - you did not scam.
He put it for sale, by his own accord, for a very low price and you used that to your advantage.
Now, if you had actually tricked him on purpose to stall it for 1 coin, then you could possible feel bad about it.
So, for the moment, enjoy your new weapon for 1 coin - you might feel a pang of guilt over purchasing it when he did not mean to put it out for that amount, but you are no scammer.

i for one can't scam for the life of me. i only have 2-3 hrs of play time and when i do get a chance to play i use that time to grind/farm. and the only time i can stall is to have a guild mate do it for me when he/she has time to do so.
so in reality, no time for scamming for me..........

Very philosophical thread in some way... i.e. to kill a killer, to scam a scammer, to shot a shooter, etc. Obviously, laws doesn't apply in online games. Or does it!? Why don't you donate it, so you'll feel less bad
I think that's how Robin Hood was able to sleep at night with stealing stuff by giving it to the poor noob.
