Cursed Hearts drops

Ok so i kno that any monster drops the cursed hearts.

Say i have that quest to get the cursed hearts and the Chaki eyes quest where u have to collect 100 Chaki eyes or watever.

Will both the cursed hearts and Chaki eyes drop or only one of them until i complete it.

the quest starts at any npc pot seller
every monster drops cursed hearts

Cursed hurts can be changed every 10 4 1 restucation potion.
with this potion u just click by herbalist on skill edit and reduce skill and u can lv DOWN your skills 4 skill points

btw: it costs money

Ok i got the quest like right when i turned lvl 20.

I am now 10% to lvl 21 and i still havent found 1 cursed heart.

Do they have a low drop rate or does this game just hate me

I remember the drop rates were ok.
