Does pumping up Heuksal affect nuke-damage on Int/Spear, or is it just for melee damage?

Melee damage, but I'm not really sure as it effects the use of the weapon (Sword/Bow/Spear), and you're using the weapon while you're nuking so..

I'm confused. :?

Just melee (spear / glaive).

Nuking is affected by the masterie it is trained in.
Stopped playing SRO a long time ago; still pr0.
