I sent my sro_client.exe to them. It was a legit one that I had logged into with the banned char before it was banned. So its been almost two weeks and i've been calling them every weekday since I sent it. So today I finally get a nice email reply. Notice that pizza said they only banned A GROUP of bots. Does this mean that they know everyone that bots and do nothing about it? So every so often they ban a few botters to make it look like they are doing something, or as they say "make a clean gaming environment". Total BS. I love how they have all these people on SRF and w/e wrapped around their fingers. Anyway. Comments are welcome and if someone could Please post this on SRF (considering im banned)

I never go afk outside town anymore, if it isn't only for a very short moment. If the GM's way of catching botters still is by pm'ing and waiting for a response, then no wonder there will be one or two legit people banned whenever they do their raids.
That really sucks. I hope you get your account back, it would put some faith back into joymax I think. They seem to ban everything that isn't a bot, so allowing a legit to come back would be perfect for there image.

1) Why would you send them a copy of sro_client.exe? What's stopping you from downloading a fresh copy from the website and sending that? It just doesn't make sense.
2) Just because [GM]Pizza said a "group" of botters doesn't mean it was a small group. It may not be the most specific choice of words, but that's how those general e-mail are. Not a single word in that e-mail is specific. What do you want? An exact number and list of names? Oh wait...they already have that!
