Talk to the herbalist in Jangan (can't remember his name), and he will put you on the Curst Heart quest.

After taking this quest, mobs will drop curst hearts, and once you gather 10 you can go back to the herbalist and have a potion made that will let you drop skills and get 80% of the sp back.

There are a few catches though... the hearts or the potion are not storable so you have to keep them in inventory. Also, it is expensive to drop levels (I don't know how much exactly, but you'd better have a lot of gold). Also, unlike the item mall item that allows you to give up sp, you only get 80% of the points back.

One good thing about this quest is that it is repeatable over and over, and it can be restarted anytime.

Hope this helps.

2 things to add.

1 - you can get the quest at any herbalist, not only jangan
2 - it will not get in the way of your other quests. you get quest items
from mobs and you will get cursed hearts. it doesnt influence your
quest items droprate

and if you are talking about deleveling a whole mastery level
instead of the level of one of you skills within that mastery,
you are forced to delevel the skills too.

.... Now i'm a little confused.

So ONE potion = ONE WHOLE MAStERY LEVEL? or just one skill like say devil bow

And how many potions do i get from doing the quest?

10 cursed hearts = 1 potion of reallocation (or sumthin like that)
1 potion = 1 skill like say devil bow

to delevel a whole mastery level, you must delevel your skills first.

you can get as many potions as you want from the quest but i
think they stack per 30 so your inventory will be filled up quickly
since you cant store them, trade them or sell them to npc

DARN.... this is gonna take for ever to delevel all my pacheion.

How many monsters do u have to kill to get 10 cursed hearts?

depends but the drop rate is slower than most quest items.
i suggest you just turn on the quest and forget about it, pick
up the hearts as they drop along with other quest items and
after a couple of days/weeks check out your inventory and
you will see about enough hearts in there to delevel your
stuff.

OK lemme clear some stuff up here.

10 Cursed Hearts = 1 Relocation Pot, and you can carry 300 hearts at once so 30 pots maximum.

now 1 relocating pot + a bunch of gold, you de-level a whole level of (insert w/e)

Ex. I wanna relocate my Wolf Bite Spear and its maxed, I need 9 relocating pots and a ton of gold.

Now what if I want to relocate an entire mastery because I screwed up? Ex. my Force Power
and I have skills in it?

I can de-level the actual mastery itself but It comes to a point where I have to de-level some of my skills to de-level the actual mastery, and I keep repeating that till the mastery is completely de-leveled, but remember this : The Relocation Pots only give back about 60-80% of the SP originally spent (ex. 100 sp used to get skill, 60-80 gotten by relocating) And it costs about 20-24k just to relocate a skill even at a low level, so dont screw up too much 8)

Edit : I made a typo  , and its not a De-Leveling Pot, its a Relocation or Resuscitation Pot 8)
