Should New Chars only aim for 3 Masteries now??

This might change due to the new mana shield. Depending on it's effectiveness, INT characters might have an option in the cold tree.

We dont know when the cap raise is coming, might be another year. JM said 80 cap and Takla was coming in August, we got it in December. So get 4 masteries for now, can always delevel one later.
