If the cap raise happens once a year u people complain about being too fast with it.
If it happens in an amount much longer than a year u complain about it being too long.

Personally I think lvl cap raise once a year is totally fine, it gives legit ones time to catch up too.. :roll:

YAY, im legit and im 61 almost 62, if the lvl cap only raises in december ill have time to get to 74 before it raises! yayayay!

and i hope ill be almost fully farmed, thats gonna be awsomezor!
