Account stuck...anyone can help me?

i cant login in SRO due to account still connected..
but i ve asked my friend to check it...and he told me...im offline on his
friend list,which means i should be able to login.......does anybody have the same problem as well?
does anyone know how to solve it?

Silkroad says to wait 5 minutes then try again. If it still doesn't work, go post on the official forums.
