What Lvl's are all items for top tier 8d, for protector and accesory's.

the NPC lvls are the SOS lvls.

example:

glavie is sold in DW by NPC is lvl 32. that means u can only find lvl 32 SOS glavie's.

simple?

Tier would be like the different levels at each degree.

Example: A second degree bow might be level 8, 10, or 13. The level 8 bow would be the first tier, the level 10 the second tier, and the level 13 would be the third tier.

He is asking what the third tiers for level 8 protector and accessories are.

Never made it that high, but seems like the link above would help.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. 3 people have posted so far. The first person didn't even know what tiers were, so I was explaining what they were. The second person posted two links to places that might help. I think the accessory one will give you what you are looking for. The protector one seems to only give the first tier.

First person had no clue what you were talking about, so it doesn't matter if he read your thread or not.
Second person gave you links and probably did not realize the protector link did not give the same kind of information that the accessory link did.
The third person, me, was explaining what tiers were to the first person or anyone else that reads this thread and may be confused.

What you said doesn't really make sense.
