Question about PKing and ressing

Hi all,

Just curious, but is it possible to PK someone and then have the murderer res them?

Obviously I haven't tried, but I'm sure someone out there has.

Why wouldn't you be able to?
99% sure you could, although I have not tested it.


The real question is why would you want to res someone who you murdered? They will just turn around and kill you.

It's not so much that I would want to do that - but I know some games allow for a pk-res-pk-res loop that griefers break out on people.

Well, when you res someone they aren't automatically ressed.
When they die, they get a window asking if they want to res back in town or wait.
If they wait, when someone resses them they get a window asking if they accept the res or not. If they accept it they are resed. If they don't accept it they continue waiting.
You can click your dead character to bring up the window asking if you want to res in town at any time.

Good to know, and that makes sense.

I've seen the dialog box before, but I wasn't sure if a player ressed someone that the res was automatic.

Been in SRO for about three weeks now, and I'm still trying to figure out all the mechanics. Glad that this site exists - I refer to it constantly.

haha yes thats tons of fun in other games
good thing there is that you mostly get some pk points
and no pk restrictions
at one game we got so bored we just started pking
innocent noobs

ah well.. maybe its good to have the pk restriction here..
until i be capped that is
