Check my build please

Post by oneshots »

Current:
Level 29
Pure Str

Bicheon Mastery: 21
- Illusion chain: 6
- Blood blade: 1
- Flower blade: 1
- Shield protection: 2

Ice Force: 20
- Ice river: 2
- Weak guard: 7
- Cold armor: 2

Lightning Force: 15
- Thundertiger: 1
- Grass walk: 2
- Heaven's force: 1

Used mastery: 56/300
Skill points left: 4500+

These are my questions:
1. Should I farm more SP ?
2. I want to change to fire build, do I have enough mastery ?
3. Can you give me some suggestions to where to spend the skill points, mainly for PvP.

Thank you! :)

do you want to do all those quests again? and for PvP? well you wanna do most dmg in little ammount of time, so all those chain skills and cold to injure the enemy, fire just hits hard but cold is prefered by more players (i think)

and if you think you want more sp then go for it, you should be able to keep 2k+ sp with skills you want by the time your level 34.... as you always get skill xp

Ill remove thunder tiger and heavens force.

1. You can try getting 10K sp before quitting farming
2. Check this website to check which fire skills you want to get.http://sro.mmosite.com/database/skills/fire.shtml
3. For skills in PvP, get Fire imbue, Fire shield, Fire Protection(helps against int based characters), Flame devile force and Flame body wisdom. For blade skills, Chain sword series, Blade force(optional), Hidden blade series, Killing Heaven blade series. Not sure about the sword dance series, some people say its useful some people say otherwise.

Richd3m0n, Thanks.

I want to focus on PvP, but after reading the threads about ice vs fire, alot of people tend to say fire is better.

Please, I don't want to flame, but is Ice that bad in PvP? I've seen people talking bad things about ice because you can wear those rings and stuff to reduce frozen status.

ice can be good in pvp also if you know what youre doing. but since the auto pot system was added, frozen/frostbyte status in pvp can be easily pilled. BUT, they will still feel the effects of the ice status for a short time (about 3-5 seconds) I have personally, killed lvl20-24 players in pvp with my 19 archer using ice(with lvl 9 difference) this was of course with pot and pills off(meaning no one uses pots or pills) But when we tried with pots and pills I switched from ice to fire, then ice then fire, rinse and repeat. Worked great if I say so myself :)

Anymore, I think the autopot makes ice the only useful status effect. It can still freeze for a brief period, which will cancel the attack, and could be the deciding point of a battle. I, still, personally would still stick with fire if you are pure str, however. You will hit like a truck.

for my bow I have
pacheon,fire,ice,light and some force

pacheon since im using bow
Fire as my main force
ice as secondary (might stop this at 30
light for grasswalk
force for those times I was farming (only got heal) I will remove this very soon

since you will have 2 force masteries(plus your weapon mastery) im sure youll have enough. you can go 150 for your weapon then 90/60 for youre force, or however you want to split the masteries.
