Which would YOU say is best for my little lvl 26?

What I've seen:
Break lvl 16 NPC shield
Break NPC 3rd chest pieces
Break only your junk
Grind at Hyugno ghosts
Buy underpriced 4th degree and break that.

What's your way? Oh and if you're wondering, I've got a total networth of about 2 mil

last one regarding 4th degree is totally wrong.

u only get 3rd and 4th degree elements from 4th degree stuff
