Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

As we have posted before, we will be investigating alleged bot users and if it is found that they are using bots, we will be blocking bot users.
The list of bot users can be found under User violation/Bug Abusers in our Forum section.

We will be continually investigating bot users and when found, we will be punishing these users.

Well, I know this one is not a gold bot. I once called him out for being a botter in the Karakoram lake area cos he (or his bot) use to KS me a lot and some of his guildmates came to defend. I said either he is a bot or a really mean ass ks'er but they defended him all the way.


It's strange how not everyone that got banned recently is listed. I know of some people that got banned for botting (or so I heard from my union) but isn't on the list.

I am starting to concur this game is a joke. :\

In the last few weeks I have experianced a 3 day spam ban with no reason given. Just a snide generic comment after 3 posts in their forums. (Note I have spent my silk limit for almost a year on this game)

I have watched the "Puritins" (13 year olds who feel that the bans are justification to call anyone higher lvl then themselves a bot) ruin the sociality of the game along with the self rightous lvl 70 somethings that still exist after the bans wanting everyone to praise them for not botting. Let's all give them a pat on the head and a treat for following the rules and not cheating. yeeeeesh, should that not be the norm.

But it all comes down to Joymax and its piss poor customer service. They make a lot of money from this game and do it while treating their customers like 12 year olds (sry joymax, 12 year olds don't have visa)

THeir latest post on How rev6 is hacking your machine with a keylogger was the last straw. WHat a crock of crap. Everyone knows this was a diliberate lie. A way to scare the comunity. SO what else have they lied about.

Overall I enjoyed the first 10 months of this game. It was fun even with the bots running around. But now being almost 70 its just a lot of stress. Every day I log on wondering if I have recieved another unjustified ban . Once past the login screen, then its dealing with constant stream of accusations that go along with wearing the green gumbi suit and go to the caves or the new world where some idiot will start ksing me till I freeze their arse to the ground. Somehow this is not my idea of fun.

Now you know some twit is going to say "Well what do you have to worry about if your legit, eh? BOT BOT BOT BOT"

My response is simple, until you have been treated unfairly in the game by Joymax and realize how little you can do about it shut your pie hole. Because ultimately your just another geek who is socially mal adjusted some how sitting behind your keyboard spending way too much time working towards a goal that means absolutly nothing.
