Getting Started with PS

I have just got myself a copy of Photoshop, its not the latest copy so i got it quite cheap...

I need to know how to get started as i've only really used it to mess around so far.

Can i maybe get the links to some guides and some sites where i can get Fonts, brushes ect.

Thanks.

Any 'expert' tips and advice also welcomed

Look around you, in this very sub-forum there is a beginners guide to make a sig, just to get started.
