Meh. Not many freezing or burning around at lv10.

high lvl characters will buy this to combat the freeze effects of PvP, or to aid in doing the lvl53 white-face spiders quest, as these mobs freeze almost every time.

i'd estimate this at around 800k-1mil. if you plus it to +3, you could get a mill easy for it. reasoning is, it's rare to find stat+ jewelry of any lvl, and since many high lvl characters who would be interested in a piece like this are pure str or str-based characters, this is justa botu the perfect piece of PvP or spider-bashing gear. BlackHand's high lvls wear a few pieces like this, and between these and the anti-status-effect shield buff, some of them are now IMMUNE to cold. nice bonus :)

I've got a level 27ish Earrings with 18% Freeze reduce. Will that go for a good price also?

To FBI: yea 18% reduce for freeze is quite high so u can sell it high. Price will depend on the server you are on.
To koukei:well doesnt worth that much. the only good thing in your ring is the sos itself but many will not buy sos jewelry. mostly they will look for +str, +int, +freeze reduce.
