Guildwar Contribution Points

How do contribution points get calculated in Guildwar?

Is it by each kill?

or it by the amount of damage? (like u & ur guildmate attack the same guy and he gets the last hit but u did all the damage but didn't get the kill, will u get the points too or just him?)

Or the Level of the players you killed (like more points if u kill someone who is higher or same lvl, & less points for lower levels)

yup the level, say you and a guild mate attack the same person whoever causes the killling hit thats who is credited the kill, then the amount of points is determined by the difference in levels
