Garments is best that Armor,because?!)

Hi!Was watching at Donwahng the armor and i saw this

The lv.36 Garments Legs got Phys.17.6 and Mag.37.6,in total it 54.12

The lv.36 Armor Legs got Phys. 21.6 and Mag.28.2,in total it 49.8

So that mean garment are better even for Pure STR?Please help me im all confused

dont add the phys and magic together because youll get mixed numbers. your magic def adds with yur magic def and yur phys def adds with phys.

what he's saying is that for garms, you lose alot less physical defense than you gain magical. and i agree, it's lopsided. it -should- be roughly even IMO, but eh...

A lot of people reverse the ideas behind the gear available. If you're pure str - go garment since you already have the high hp/def but you have crappy mana/magic resist. If you're pure int - go armor since you lack the hp/def and already have a wicked mana pool. Hybrids tend to go borderline protector or lean towards their hybrid-heavy traight.

In the end, it all boils down to personal preference.

I somewhat took Fly's advice and dumped my garment and went Protector (he urged me to go to Armor, but I can't stand how it looks, I just can't *LOL*), and damnit, I'm using less pots. >.<

i agree that pure str wear garment set.......it more useful in high lvl as well..cuz most of mobs are magic type....wearing garment got more defend in magic and run away faster :p
