The deep voice is from Counter-Strike. You have certain mods with which you get a sound when you reach a certain number of kills in a row (without dying). This one gets when you have 8 kills in a row i think.
But it can also be Warcraft III, on DoTa map you have this kind of voice

No, The God Like sound is from the game Unreal Tournament when you get like 10 kills in a row no dying, it is built into the game as well and not a mod like in Counter-Strike.
