Forbidden status??? WTF???

I was caping some sword nuker with light imbue today, and suddenly, I got "forbidden status". Essentially, I could not attack the person that had induced me forbidden status... it appeared just like a burn or frostbite. (sorry, couldn't take a SS

) WTF is that? and where did it come from? Does anyone knwo anything about that??? thanks.

Forbidden Status - disallow you to attack other players. maybe coz you annoy them.

isn't that the name of the effect right after they res themselves after they die with a cape on? Could have sworn it says "cannot attack during forbidden status" for 5 seconds.
