How the hell do they do it
I've wasted like 24 weap elixers on my 42 glavie and after all those weap elixers its only +1. I wanted to get it to +4 but it always failed. (i used lucky powders of course). How the hell do they make it like +9?!?!?!?!

wrong section and some items have bad luck get another glavie and try again
all items have their own luck you might have a bad luck item.
