1. Do I need the element itself?
2. What do I need it for?
3. Am I rich enough to continue without it?
Good answers:
1. I need it.
2. For money that is necessary for later levels, or for stones that I will make.
3. No.
BAD answers:
1. I don't care.
2. I really don't care. I wanna be a rich idiot.
3. Yes, but I REALLY don't care.
If you can match with the good answers, you're all set.
REQUIREMENTS FOR METHOD 1
You will need the following:
- Level 20+, or any level that can kill bandit archers with ONE shot and can take minimal damage from them.
- Bow of your choice, for decreasing running distance
- (optional)Wolf, to kill more in less time
- Your choice of armor, protector, or garment
PROCESS FOR METHOD 1
- Get to the stronghold
- Pull out your bow and immediately start to demolish archers
- Find a corner. If there are none, start to ks the farmers.
- Use your wolf if you have one to attack archers while you are.
- Goal here is to pick up gold if you're desperate, and BROKEN ARROWS. These give 1 Wind 2 each, but at the rate you get them, you should be well off to a great start.
REQUIREMENTS FOR METHOD 2
You will need the following:
- Level 20+, or any level that can kill young tigers with ONE shot and can take minimal damage from them.
- Bow of your choice, for decreasing running distance
- (optional)Wolf, to kill more in less time
- Your choice of armor, protector, or garment
PROCESS FOR METHOD 2
- Find a place that has a decent young tiger spawn. I use the location directly left of the yeohas.
- This method will be slower, no matter what. Instead of a closed environment, you have open space which means more time between kills.
- Use the same procedure as method 1, except this time aim for TIGER BEARDS. These give 2 wind 2.
OTHER WAYS TO COLLECT
There are MANY ways of getting wind 2 and other elements that are great for money. Here are some:
- Use the same procedures and go to Hyugno Ghosts. The ghosts, not the soldiers, give alchemy items that will all give 1 wind 2. Open space, but lots of botters.
- Roam around the 3 towns and their stalls to find underpriced items. I usually go for 3rd degree. Destroyer rondo them for wind 2. I can spend 22.5k on a piece of armor from the npc and get 15-25 wind 2 each. Note that this way, the elements you receive are random. There is also the chance of getting a stone.
- If you are higher level (50+ or any level that can kill bunwangs easily) go kill bunwangs. Small Bunwangs have 2 drops (Monkey Fingernail, Sharp Rock) that will give 2 wind 2 and 3 wind 2 each. Bunwangs have 1 drop (Monkey Toenail) that will give 3 wind 2.
- There are monsters that give more, however. Red-Eye Ghosts, located in the Dark Ravine, are level 41 and have 1 drop (Fire Leather) that will give you a whopping 8 wind 2 each one!
USING YOUR WIND 2
Wind 2 is famous for it's ability to bring it's owner a lot of gold. Server prices will vary, but the average is at about 2k each. Here are some ways you can use Wind 2:
- Stall them. Collect as much as you can and split them into smaller increments. Pricing is up to you.
- Fuse with tablets. Buy/find tablets that are 5+ in degree and use wind 2 and your other elements that you buy/find to make stones. A 6th degree STR stone uses 98 wind 2. Guess what? You can either sell that 98 wind 2 for under 200k, or you can buy more elements and the tablet, and sell it for MUCH MUCH MORE.
- Use it to make fun of people. Actually not really. I just ran out of ideas.
Open to suggestions. No flames plox.
