Hi Phil,
I can't get you specifics on bladders because I have never made one. However I can help you out in other areas. With the funds you were talking about you will want to buy at least a level 16 SOS +3 more pluses the better but also the more costly. Look for a crit around 7 or more. The blue lines at the bottom also make a big difference. One of the most important for your instance is attack rating increase and str increase. Since you are a bladder and str based you will be running up to stuff and bashing on it. You will want to go with armor or protector. Since your funds are kind of low try to get like an sos chest and just regular other armors. Try to buy +2 or +3 of everything because you will be stuck there for a long time. After you've hunted through lvl 16 with a 9 gap (kinda easy) take all your gear off and put it back in the bank or on your squirrel or rabbit, and go die back down to 5% again. You won't be using any magic attacks so the more strs you can find on your armors the better. The longer you plan on farming the better gear you should buy. Also for alchemy those things that you find hunting, that have elements based on them when you hover your mouse over it, that's telling you what elements that will break down into. You need to go buy void rondo from one of the npc guys and break those down into elements. You then hit your y key (I think) and put in the tab you found with the elements you broke down and merge them. You will have a finished stone. Then goto the 2nd tab over on the top put your piece of equiptment your planning to upgrade in there and merge it with your newly formed finished stone and cross your fingers for an upgrade :o It's chance not a guarantee. Good luck!

Hi, well first for farming you need an sos bow 16+3or more ( thats what you can afford, it may cost from 5m to 12m depend on the crit ) for the stats, you arnt obliged to have uber armor pcs since you are full str you have already enough def to dont get hurt by bandits archers, but, try to buy pieces that have 100%in str increase or 100% in int increase or both ( i dont remember if its +2 or +3 stat for 100% )
well there are a lot of very detailed guides around, and lemme advice you, farming is very very very uber awsomely boring, rare new players that keep on it for enough time =) never farm whitout a secondary activity, for me, i play on a window mod, while playing on the window, im watching animes in the small extra space that stand free on my screen =)
go look here for a lot of guides

cyrax wrote:Thanks alot but you said that my founding was low im only a lvl 14 so you mean that there is some ppl that have more money than that how the hell can that be if so how can i have. OK but why do i have to die why cant i just continue leveling as normal and sp farm some archers.
second chars ? =)
if you keep leveling normalely, it will be a waste of time, and ull earn like nothing per kill, better delevel to 16 again =)
if this is ur first char and trying out sro .. dun bother abt farming yet. play the game and try out the various build/weapons. only after u think u know the game enough and found which particular build u really like, then u can plan on farming. the last thing u want is farm so much sp only to realise that the build is not exactly what u like.
for every build, it is generally after lvl 30/31 that u can learn almost as much as u can abt the build. this is because by lvl 31, u would have tried out all the skills.
in the process of trying out builds, u r also accumulating wealth to afford u good equipments for sp farming if u so desire.
if u think what i've said is a sound plan, then u could try make a new character and level up fast to experience yourself.
good luck.

Ok but why an archer,? Ans what type pure str pure int or hybrid? What is a looter? And i didnt know that u could de-lvl skills what do you get from that by skills you mean the mastery and the imbues.

an archer bcoz of its range so u hardly moves and keep shooting n waste no time in the bandit den where spawin rate is crazy...wat type of archer doesnt matter...it depends on wat type of build u wanna do (pure int, pure str, hybrid?)
A looter is the irritating squirrels, rabbit, monkey (
using a bow is JUST for farming (ok if u wanna do str bow go ahead)
u can de lvl ur skills when u reach lvl 20 thru the cursed heart quest (thats y u see the above advices to tell u to experience & familiarise the game 1st before u farm on the 2nd/3rd char)
ONE MORE THING how later could i make real money is it with the job as a theif or a trader
uhh..u will go bankrupt if u trade in ur lvl 20 or die until de lvl back to lvl 19 if u thieve...unless u hv powerful guild mate that is...
dun do job until lvl 30 or at least 28,29...concentrate on lvl-ing up n grind
farming at lvl 16 (and any other lvl) shld give u lots of drops (even SOS on ur lucky day) that u can sell dun worry
if u realli interested...study the server market and buy low sell high as always or hunt young tiger for tiger beard for the ever popular wind 2 element (at least 1.5k each unit)
Like everyone said take that 10 mill and buy the best bow you can find.
It doesnt really matter what you wear for cloths, just make sure everything has int. and str on it. Having int and str on your clothes will make you hit harder.
Ideally you would wear garmetss, but you would need to have a couple of SOS/som peices because they have lower physical defense than armor.
You should end up using little to no hp pots on an entire run, and tons of mp pots. Garment is good because it increases your mp efficiency and gives you a speed bonus.
If you visit the bandit den and go up the ramp of the main building you will see a bunch of people with sos bows farming, and what we are telling you will make more sense.
You need to delvl back to lvl 16, because as you level the experience bandit archers give you will decrease, reducing your efficiency.
If you can get a squirell or bunny you will make more money than trading or hunting. You obviously know the market if you already have 10mill, keep playing the market.
There is very little money in jobing, most people just do it for the fun.
If you get a bunny break down alchemy items and plain drops you will get tons of wind 2 which is the most wanted element by higher level players, making it worth tons of money.
Since this is your first character farm until you are fed up with farming, and then level like crazy. You can always farm again at higher levels if necessary.
Oh yeah since this is your first character most people dont recomend farming because its frustrating and boring. But the most important reason is because you are a pure strength blader. When you hit lvl 30 and you watch everyone nuking, you might want to use nukes. But strength characters cant nuke.
So now you have to spend all that time farming an intel character, and you wasted all that time farming the bladder.

ok but if i build a bower and start farming as you said and everything can my two char be related. Like im on the troy server so if i build a bower would i still have my money and my ellements in storage. Presume that with my current char lvl 14 pure str blader, i buy an sos bow would i have to put some pancheon mastry or imbue, and would still be a good option to do to have 2 char in one ??? i would sp farm with archer and then continue lvl as a blader then in higehr levels bring back a bow or simply just use my kick ass blade.. thanks again guys for your multiple advice.
yeh if this is your first character, you should have 2 masteries and level with 2-3 gap... the way I do it is 2 gap on even levels and 3 gap on odd levels.

You can have 3 characters on the same account, and they share storage. You can transfer items including pets between them. If you create a different account with a different username and password, then you cannot transfer items between accounts.
Sp does not transfer between characters. You would take your blader and get his bow skills up to mastery lvl 7. Then farm until you are tired of it. At least 10k sp, if not more. If you farm 10k sp, than lvl as a blader with a 2-3lvl gap you wont run out of sp until very high lvl. If you decide to farm at high lvl just use the best blade you can afford, and you will be fine.
The sp required to raise your masteries increases at higher levels, so to get your bladers bow skills only to lvl 7 is insiginificant in the scheme of things.
Have you thought about what skills you are going to use? The fewer the number of trees you plan on leveling the less sp you need. One thing you should know about bladers is, that they have the weakest weapon, in the game, but the highest defense of any character in the game. Also you really cant screw up your character as easily as people think/will tell you. If you want to experiment with different imbues, or weapons now is the time. Just decide by lvl 20 what you want, and you can just use cursed hearts to remove any skills you dont want.

one thing that i see alot when ppl talk about farming, that u have to buy a sos bow. My friend is currently farming with a npc bow, and he still 2 hits archers, because he is int. If you spent some money on ur equipment and got int on all your gear, u could probably do the same damage as if u had a lvl16 sos bow. I farmed with a lvl16 sos +3 and i still 2 hit them. so, just think about it before u spend 10mil ona bow.

Don't delevel the first time u hit 17, go on until lvl 20 or 21, keep adding str or int, and then dlvl back to 16.
This way u got extra 16/20 extra points in your main stat, if u are pure, of course.
Salu2.

yup u keep ur 5 extra stats pt when u lvl up and then de lvl...din think of that when i farm
just bear wif the little exp/sp u get when u lvl 20 and the time it tk to die 400% / 2% = 200 times ..just for the 1st time only when lvl up to 17 that is...

Best alternative??
Fire=burn damage
Lightning=(parry reduce=increased damage)+ splash damage
Cold=freeze or frostbite

I find it very unlikely that you could 2hit with an NPC bow, even if you are pure int. But I have never tried it. He is pure str though, so it isnt applicable to him.
I do know that a pure int with a sos+3 bow cant 1 hit archers.

Many people say that increasing your lvl to 20 and then dlvling works, Ive never tried it though.

Actually you only keep 3 points per lvl, the ones that you decide where they go. The 1 int and 1 str point that are automatically distributed you loose when you dlvl.
