Could JM ban some bots?

Ya ya I know if you ban more and more bots your profits will go down a lil but somethin needs to be dont.. I've been trying to get in for hours

I wish they'd ban at least 1k bots per server then maybe we could get in : /

Gold farming companies will just make some new accounts. Log them in and they will keep collecting gold like nothing happened.

Wouldn't gold farming companies have a static IP that could be banned, though? I mean, if you are a business running 50 gold bots from a single location, you would likely run a T1 at least, and those have a static IP, along with some higher end DSL lines. Can't they just examine the common IPs being used by the gold companies and do a special ban by IP?

Heh I got on this morning at like 9:30 =O and then a while later got video driver issue and had to restart =[ I swear I've hit the "enter" button about 5454651354330305430 times today.

One more of the reasons servers are crowded and you all cry here is because the Item Mall system is a total shit (there is basically nothing useful to buy, maybe globals to spam for fun). If Joymax would invent a better Item Mall system which would bring them more money they would have more money to spend on the servers and the hardware which would eventually lead to a better, bigger servers where we wouldn't have a traffic. But seeing how Joymax won't patch iSRO even though we have everything up to lvl 90 (if not 100) I doubt Joymax really gives a shit about iSRO. If you go to Korean Silkroad there is no such thing as traffic but I bet there are still bots.

No, 10k people didn't get accidently banned. It was a problem with their ISP when JM got new address thingy. They just couldn't connect to Joymax servers for like a month or so.

Thats why banning bots is a waste of time, instead just develop some anti-bot blocker that stops them permanently.
