Anyone know the problem?

Im havin a problem when i log in to SRO heres how the problem says

"failure to connect to server (C9)"

if anyone knows what this problem is and if there is a way i can fix it please tell me

PS: im asking this in a polite way so please i dont want people telling me "shut up noob" or anything like that

when did that happen? i think i had that once or twice when server was bein updated..
check your firewall setting aswell or turn off firewall that helps on some games aswell

lol its so obious but now i remember, it happend in kSRO too...

it means u typed in the wrong information user name or password (maybe missed a letter or number while typing fast)

no point checking ur firewall cause if silkroad is blocked, u cant even get the log in screen

Actually, your both wrong.

C9 Is the error when the client cannot connect to the server. It happens to me when i try to log in striaght after inspection.

Just keep trying and make sure Game Guard is allowed internet access because if not it wont let you play.

That's right. I've had C9 before, but i've changed my ISP, and it works fine.

i still get c9 from time to time - normally when i enter the details and it just hangs instead of letting me in or telling me the server is too busy - hangs for about a minute and c9 error comes up... then a disconnect from the server
